How it works

From a form to a live Odoo —
in seven steps.

You bring the documents your business already runs on. We do the reading, the mapping and the building — and you approve every step before anything becomes real.

01Tell us about you
02Connect your documents
03AI reads the business
04You review and correct
05Rules and policies
06Sandbox to try
07Approve and go live

The short version: nobody knows your business better than your own paperwork. So instead of weeks of workshops asking you to describe how you work, we read what you've already written down — and hand you back your own business, mapped to Odoo, for you to correct.

The journey

Seven steps, and you hold the pen at every one.

Each step below shows what you do and what the platform does. The pattern doesn't change: we propose, you decide.

1
Day one · five minutes

Tell us about your business

Fill in a short interest form — who you are, what you make or sell, and roughly how big the team is. We review it and send you an invitation to the onboarding platform.

You
  • Fill a short form
  • Tell us what you do
Agnidoot
  • Review and invite you
  • Create your workspace
2
Day one · under an hour

Sign in and connect your documents

Add a few basics about the company, then bring in your paperwork — drag a folder straight into the browser, or connect the place your documents already live. More than a dozen ways in, and your credentials are stored encrypted.

You
  • Connect a drive, or drop in a folder
  • Invoices, POs, quotes, contracts, specs — as they are
Agnidoot
  • Reads 26 formats, scans included
  • A bad file is skipped and named, never the batch

Runs on its own · minutes, in the background

The AI reads your business

This is the part that replaces the workshops. Every document is read for meaning, not just text — and what comes out is a picture of how your company actually operates.

You
  • Nothing — close the tab if you like
  • We notify you when it's done
Agnidoot
  • Entities — customers, vendors, products, people
  • Processes — how work actually moves
  • Rules — with your policies kept apart from your suppliers'
  • Figures, dates, identifiers — validated
  • Company profile, filled in from your own documents
4
Your call · at your pace

Review what it found — and correct it

Everything arrives as a proposal, never a decision. Each fact cites the document and the exact sentence it came from, so checking one takes seconds rather than an afternoon.

You
  • Edit anything that's wrong
  • Reject what doesn't belong — it's genuinely excluded
  • Merge duplicates, or don't
  • Confirm what's right
Agnidoot
  • Shows the source sentence behind every fact
  • Offers duplicates for review — never merges on its own
  • Never silently overwrites something you typed
  • Re-reading revises; it doesn't duplicate

A guided sitting

Set the rules your Odoo will enforce

A scoped interview — only about the parts of the business you actually run — turns your working rules into settings Odoo can enforce. Approval thresholds, payment terms, who signs off on what.

You
  • Answer questions about your own business
  • Approve or refuse each proposed rule
  • Set your own thresholds — nothing is pre-filled
Agnidoot
  • Asks only what applies — no unused modules, no wasted questions
  • Explains why each question is being asked
  • Maps every requirement to out-of-box, configure or custom
  • Blocks submission until every item is decided

Ready in seconds · try it for as long as you need

Your sandbox goes live

A real, working Odoo — not a slideshow — loaded with your company, your suppliers, your customers and your rules. Log in and use it. Place an order over your approval threshold and watch it stop and wait for a second person.

You
  • Log in and use it like it's yours
  • Test the rules you chose, on your own data
  • Bring your team in to try it
  • Change your mind — go back to step four
Agnidoot
  • A genuine copy, clearly marked as a sandbox
  • Working credentials in seconds
  • Nothing here touches a production system
  • A dry run shows exactly what a real build would do
7
When you say so

Approve, then go live — your servers or ours

Once the sandbox behaves the way your business does, you approve the blueprint. Readiness names anything still outstanding by name rather than showing a red light — and only then does the production build run.

You
  • Approve the blueprint
  • Choose where it runs — your premises or the cloud
  • Choose your AI models, including fully local
Agnidoot
  • Refuses to build an unapproved blueprint
  • Builds only your business into your Odoo
  • Keeps every blueprint version as a permanent snapshot
  • Hands over your AI agent, already governed

Two questions everyone asks

How long, and how much of my time?

Elapsed time

Weeks, not months

Steps one to six are a matter of days, not a quarter. Discovery that traditionally takes weeks of workshops runs in the background while you get on with your job.

What we won't pretend: the exact length depends on how much paperwork you have and how quickly you review it. We'll measure yours and tell you.

Your time

Hours, spread over days

Connecting documents is minutes. The AI runs on its own. Your real involvement is reviewing what it found and answering questions about your own business — in your own words, no ERP vocabulary required.

No preparation needed. Don't clean your data first. Cleaning it is the discovery.

What step seven does and doesn't cover

The automated build is a governed bootstrap: it configures your company, partners, contacts, products and modules. Tax setup, price lists, opening stock, BOMs, approval thresholds, CRM and HR data are all captured during discovery — but they're deployed alongside your implementation team rather than automatically.

Company profiles are India-first today, and no non-engineer has yet been observed completing the journey entirely unaided — so we run it with you rather than calling it self-service.

Questions

Questions about the process itself.

The seven steps

What actually happens after we fill in the form?
Seven governed steps, from discovery through blueprint, build, data migration, AI enablement and validation to go-live — and you hold the pen at every one. Nothing advances without your approval.
How long does it take?
Weeks, not months. The range depends on how many processes and how much legacy data you bring, and you get a dated plan up front rather than a moving estimate.
How much of our time does it need?
Focused review sessions rather than continuous workshops. The approvals are the work — and they go quickly because every requirement arrives with the document it came from attached.
What if we change our mind halfway?
That is what the brakes are for. Each stage is a decision point, so changing direction costs a stage, not a project.

What you end up with

What do we get at go-live?
A live Odoo configured to your processes, your data migrated, the fifteen AI addons installed and governed AI access working — plus the blueprint and decision record that explains why it is built the way it is.
Which products are involved along the way?
Implement runs the build. In-Odoo AI, Agent and governed access come with Standard from day one. MCP and RAG join on Enterprise, when you want outside AI tools connected or your document archive made answerable.
Does this work on an Odoo we already run?
Yes. The addons install alongside a live instance, and we start with whichever processes are costing you most.

Starting

What is the very first step?
A short discovery form, then a conversation over your own documents. No requirements template to fill in beforehand.
Can we try before we commit?
Yes — a free three-month trial, on real work, before anything is signed.
What do you need from us to start well?
Real paperwork rather than tidy summaries, and one person on your side who can make decisions. Those two things account for most of the difference between a fast rollout and a slow one.

Step one takes five minutes.

Tell us what your business does. We'll take it from there — and you'll see your own processes back before you've committed to anything.

Book a demo

See it running on your own documents.

Thirty minutes, your paperwork, your questions. We will show you what it does — and, just as importantly, what it refuses to do.
