The short version: nobody knows your business better than your own paperwork. So instead of weeks of workshops asking you to describe how you work, we read what you've already written down — and hand you back your own business, mapped to Odoo, for you to correct.
The journey
Each step below shows what you do and what the platform does. The pattern doesn't change: we propose, you decide.
Fill in a short interest form — who you are, what you make or sell, and roughly how big the team is. We review it and send you an invitation to the onboarding platform.
Add a few basics about the company, then bring in your paperwork — drag a folder straight into the browser, or connect the place your documents already live. More than a dozen ways in, and your credentials are stored encrypted.
This is the part that replaces the workshops. Every document is read for meaning, not just text — and what comes out is a picture of how your company actually operates.
Everything arrives as a proposal, never a decision. Each fact cites the document and the exact sentence it came from, so checking one takes seconds rather than an afternoon.
A scoped interview — only about the parts of the business you actually run — turns your working rules into settings Odoo can enforce. Approval thresholds, payment terms, who signs off on what.
A real, working Odoo — not a slideshow — loaded with your company, your suppliers, your customers and your rules. Log in and use it. Place an order over your approval threshold and watch it stop and wait for a second person.
Once the sandbox behaves the way your business does, you approve the blueprint. Readiness names anything still outstanding by name rather than showing a red light — and only then does the production build run.
